Gibson of Boston was engaged to be married on the evening of June 27th to Miss Lillian Chandler of Chelsea, at the home of her uncle, Col. Wm. Long, and a wedding party of 200 waited for him till near midnight, but he did not appear. Next day he was found in his room in Boston, with a bullet in his head. It is thought he will recover.
